The word Caliente came from the Spanish word HOT which resembles the hottest designs the national brand provides.

Yes. Our store is located in Dubai Mall near ice rink. We also have Distributors in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah.

4. How would I know if my order has been ship?

You will received a confirmation on your email and you can always track your order. Just go to our website and click on track your order.

6. Can I return the item I bought if I change my mind?

Yes. If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. You may refer to our cancellation and return policy.
